Every Parachute coat is hand-made in Mountain Home, Arkansas, and shipped directly from our factory. Here's what to expect.

Pre-Orders

All coats are currently available on pre-order. Coats are made in November 2026 and ship in December 2026. We'll email you when your order is dispatched, with tracking details.

Changed your mind before your coat ships? You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Email support@parachute-usa.com with your order number.

Shipping

United States: Free
All US orders ship free. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

International: $99 flat rate
We ship internationally for a flat $99 per order. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days.

Our prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are not collected at checkout. Any duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually collected by the carrier on delivery. Orders refused because of unpaid duties or taxes are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping charge.

We ship to the address given at checkout. Please double-check it, as we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Free Size Exchanges

The right fit matters, and we make it easy. Try your coat on at home. If the size isn't right, we'll exchange it for another size at no cost, with shipping covered both ways.

To request an exchange, email support@parachute-usa.com within 30 days of delivery. The coat should be unworn outdoors, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Not sure which size to order? Our Size & Fit Guide can help, or our team is happy to advise.

Returns & Refunds

If you're not completely happy, you can return your coat within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns are free. Coats must be unworn outdoors, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Original international shipping charges, and any duties or taxes paid on delivery, are non-refundable.

Lifetime Guarantee

Every Parachute coat carries a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails in normal wear, we'll repair or replace it. The guarantee doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage from misuse or improper care.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your coat arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right at no cost to you.
